The long-distance bus service "Directbus" (operated by Autocares Nadal/Grupo Julià) connects Barcelona-El Prat Airport and the Barcelona-Sants bus station with Andorra la Vella several times a day. Tickets can be booked either via the service's own website
or through Flixbus, although this is not a Flixbus-licensed route.

But even if the matrix display indicates "Flixbus", online tickets issued by Flixbus are not accepted as valid travel documents. Passengers must exchange them for a paper ticket from the operator Nadal, at a ticket counter upon presentation of an ID before the journey begins. In practice, however, the drivers do not check these paper tickets at boarding in any detail...

In addition to buses from Autocares Nadal with Andorran registration,
spain registered coaches from the parent company Autocares Julià (Barcelona branch), are also occasionally used.
